Website inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, your contact details and sourcing requirements are sent to our server, saved outside the public website directory and emailed to ethanwang@danofresh.com so our team can respond. We record a submission reference and time. A hashed network address is used to limit repeated submissions. You can request access to or deletion of your inquiry by emailing ethanwang@danofresh.com.
Website services
This website is hosted by Hostinger and loads fonts from Google Fonts. These providers may process technical request information when pages and assets are loaded.
Website chat
Our website uses tawk.to to provide live chat and offline messages. When you use chat, your messages and the contact details you choose to provide are processed through tawk.to so our team can respond. The chat service may use cookies or local storage to maintain the conversation and process technical information about your visit.

Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand page visits, traffic sources and use of our contact links. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes technical information about visits. Our custom contact events record the channel (email, phone or WhatsApp), not your message or form contents. A contact-link click does not mean a message has been sent.
